Guidelines
All papers are allocated a maximum of 5 pages, including references. Please make sure to use one of IEEE’s templates for conference papers: MS Word and LaTeX templates. For the LaTeX template, be sure to use the template’s conference mode.
Note that accepted papers will require at least one author to be registered at the full rate.
Paper Submission System
All papers must be submitted in PDF format through the EDAS system.
No show policy
ISTC reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by one of the authors at the conference.
Final submission
Creating your PDF eXpress account to verify it before submission
All camera-ready submissions must be checked for IEEEXplore compliance before the final submision. To check whether your PDF file is compatible, please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- Enter the following :
- 57237X for the Conference ID²
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted
An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
